July 2026
Walkers can follow the 5 Miles route in the Navy Yard community, starting at 100 Potomac Ave SW, Washington DC. The course runs through the neighborhood alongside running races and a community festival with cheering and local activities.
Walkers can take part in 2 Miles walks for adults and children at Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC. These are walking only events held alongside virtual 5K options.
August 2026
Walkers can choose a family friendly 2 km route or a 5 km course in Washington DC near the National Mall, starting at 804 N Street NW. Registration is free and the 2 km is accessible for youth families and first time participants.
September 2026
A community walk at Anacostia Park in Washington DC starting at 1500 Anacostia Drive SE, held alongside a chip timed 5K run. The event raises funds and brings the community together to support efforts to end HIV and reduce stigma.
