2026 Rudolph’s Race 5k & Half
This event offers two out-and-back road races on the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path in the Georgetown area. The Half Marathon starts and ends in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club. The 5k starts and ends at Fletcher’s Boathouse. Points from these races count toward the Year-Long 5k, Endurance, Back of the Pack Series and the Fall Series.

Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (DriFit) event shirt, and chip timing. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute completion limit. Back of the Pack times are listed for series scoring. Live results are posted on Athlinks and a QR code at the race provides immediate access; final results with series points are posted the Monday after the event.
There are seven water stations on the half marathon course at approximate mile markers and one water station on the 5k course; Gatorade is available at some stations. Restroom facilities are provided near the half marathon check-in area and at the 5k facility. Packet pickup is available at Road Runner Sports the evening before the race and at the event; race day registration is not available. A virtual run option is offered for those who cannot attend in person.
