The event offers walkers off road, hilly courses of 14.8 miles (1750 ft ascent) or 26.2 miles (3065 ft) with stocked feed stations and early starts for slower competitors.
Over 24 hours walkers can do laps of a 5.75 km loop at Leighton Hall estate on grass, trails and gravel, with water stations and a night headtorch requirement.

Walkers can choose 50k or a 25k fixed route from Grassington across Dales trails, passing Malham Tarn, Buckden Pike and the Dales Way, with GPX route files and aid stations.
Walkers can enter the Marathon or Half Marathon from Gargrave Village Hall on a looped multi terrain route to Broughton Stone Circle with 3 refreshment stations per loop.

Walkers follow a 21 mile circular moorland route from Mytholmroyd across Hebden Bridge moors; must carry a Santa Hat and present max £5; hot meal and showers after.
Participants can walk 10 km or 5 km from STRI at St Ives Estate, Bingley on wooded rough track where a good head torch is required and free parking is provided after 5pm.

Waymarked trail across Pendle moorland, starting and finishing at Barley Village Hall. Routes of 45 miles or 30 miles with checkpoints supplying water, biscuits and first aid; walkers should be self sufficient with clothing and food.

Walkers can tackle 51 km from Haworth Primary School across gritstone moors and trails with 1615 m ascent; GPS navigation is not allowed and full FRA kit is required.

High level 60+ mile / 100+ km walk from Ingleton to Threshfield across rugged Yorkshire Dales moorland, 11,000 feet climb and 25 serviced checkpoints with food and transport.

The event offers 100 km, 50 km, 25 km and 10K walks from Kendal on a loop via Garburn Pass, Ambleside and Lake Windermere with hills, forests and covered rest stops every 12.5 km.
Walkers can choose 20k or 10k routes or a family 5k across the fells of Upper Eden, starting and finishing at Basecamp Engine Shed Kirkby Stephen with GPS tracking.
Walkers can choose 3 km to 5 km cross country undulating routes in Silsden at Jackson's Field. The course features seven paint stations, obstacles and a finishers medal, with parking included, water and toilets, not suitable for wheelchairs.
Walkers can follow a 5 Miles multi terrain hilly route around Bolton Abbey Estate with chip timing, a bespoke medal option and parking included with a free car park pass.
