Yomp Mountain Challenge

The Yomp Mountain Challenge is a multi-day running event held in the Upper Eden Valley, East Cumbria, centered around Kirkby Stephen and Mallerstang. The 2025 edition marks its 40th year, featuring six events over three days, including a 65k Ultra Yomp, a 26-mile Mountain Marathon, a 20k and 10k Yomp, and a family-friendly 5k. The courses traverse stunning fells, historic sites, and iconic landmarks like Wild Boar Fell, Nine Standards, and the Pennine Way, offering breathtaking views of the Yorkshire Dales and Upper Eden.
