The Moors The Merrier

The Moors the Merrier 21 is a 21-mile circular fell race/walk starting and finishing at Hebden Bridge Golf Club in West Yorkshire. The anti-clockwise route climbs over Midgley Moor, Wadsworth Moor, Heptonstall Moor and Erringden Moor, finishing with a big ascent back to the club (roughly 3,900 feet of ascent). The event blends winter hill running with festive touches: participants wear a Santa hat and hand in a small present for the Bran Tub, and there’s a hot meal and tea after.
