September 2026
Walkers follow a 10 mile flat point to point route from the roundabout below Sligo Rugby Club, Strandhill to Rosses Point Prom, with three water stations and coastal views.
Walkers can use the 5k road route from St Vincent's Secondary School, suitable for all fitness levels and families with dogs, with post race refreshments and free entry for primary pupils.
Walkers follow a 5 Km route through the tree lined paths of St Anne's Park with start and finish at the park centre alongside the running races.
October 2026
Walkers are welcome on the flat scenic Grand Canal route via Grange Castle with toilets, a 5km water stop and bag drop; best suited to the 10 km as cutoffs apply for longer races.
A 5 km loop in Phoenix Park Dublin is open to walkers of all ages and abilities, including walking groups, wheelchair users and families with buggies alongside running races.
Walkers can take the 5 km or 10 km courses at their own pace from the Sports Arena across the University of Limerick grounds; event is NOT CHIP TIMED.
The 4K walk from Dromtrasna National School, Abbeyfeale, follows a scenic mixed road path through farmland; leisure pace, buggy and dog friendly, suitable for all ages.
Walkers can choose 5k or 10k loops from the edge of Sean Moore Park and Sandymount Strand on park paths and the strand by the sea. Cut off 90 minutes, toilets and bag drop at start and finish, water only on the 10k at 5.5km.
November 2026
Walkers can choose a non competitive 8.5km course in Glendalough, enjoying the scenery and company. This runs alongside a 15km running course and is held in aid of Fighting Blindness.
Walkers can follow the 5K course in Phoenix Park, starting on Chesterfield Avenue and finishing on Furze Road, with a Wall of Remembrance on site.
Walkers can do the Half Marathon from EastPoint along Clontarf Promenade and Bull Island on a flat coastal course with water and toilets at ~4, 8.5, 14 and 17.5 km.
Walkers follow a 5 mile route from Leenane Village, along scenic Killary Harbour and the Golden Mile in Glanagimla, with refreshments provided at the finish.
Walkers can choose 10 km or 5 km routes on roads through Clane, Mainham and Butterstream. The 10 km starts on Main Street and the 5 km at Clane GAA, parking is available and participants receive medals.
December 2026
Walkers contest distances including 35 km, 10 km, 5 km and 2 km in St. Anne's Park, Raheny, alongside the national racewalking championships.
January 2027
Walkers can tackle 62 km from Dublin Castle to Glenmalure across road and open mountain, supported by Dublin and Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team; entries capped at 200.
February 2027
Walkers are welcomed from the Craughwell start, may walk with a buggie or dog on a lead and should start from the back; water at 3.5 km and 6.5 km and a two hours cut off.
March 2027
Walkers can use the flat, fast Sandymount course near Dublin city centre with 5K or 10K options, suitable for all fitness levels and alongside the running races.
Walkers take a coastal route from South Quay, Wicklow Harbour over 10 km or the Half Marathon, with water and toilets at 6.5km, 12km and 16km; Half Marathon cut off 3h30.
May 2027
Walkers can use the 6 Mile, Half Marathon and Marathon routes through Limerick city, with team support and a Kids Fun Run at University of Limerick.
