About the race
The Joe Duffy Group Clontarf Half Marathon – Autumn Edition is a certified road race that starts and finishes at EastPoint Business Park in Clontarf and follows an out-and-back route along Clontarf Promenade and across Bull Island, offering sustained coastal views of Dublin Bay and Howth Head. The event is a Half Marathon on a measured course with chip timing and a finisher’s medal for those who complete the race in person.

A secure bag drop opens at 08:15; each participant may leave one small waterproof bag and should use the tear-off label from their race number. Toilets are provided at the start/finish area and along the route at approximately 4 km, 8.5 km, 14 km and 17.5 km. Water stations (cups) are located at 4.3 km, 8.5 km, 14 km and 17.5 km.
Practical information: parking is available in EastPoint and Molloy & Sherry multi-storey car parks; drivers are asked to arrive before 09:00 due to road closures.
