About the race
The Cook Medical Mini Marathon is an annual running and walking event held on the grounds of the University of Limerick. The 2027 edition takes place on Sunday, October 3rd. Participants may run, jog, or walk designated courses and often raise funds for charities in Limerick, the Mid-West, and nationwide.
The event offers two distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
The event is not chip timed. All adult and student participants receive a long sleeve quarter zip top and a finishers medal. Children under 12 may enter but do not receive the race top.
Entry categories and listed prices include standard entry, student entry for ages 12 to 17, child entry for under 12, and a virtual entry option that includes postage.
