Clane GAA 10k & 5k Walk/Run 2026
The event is a community road race organised by Clane GAA featuring two distances:
- 10 km
- 5 km family event (walk or run)
The 10 km course runs around the roads of Clane, Mainham and Butterstream and finishes at Clane GAA. The 10 km race starts on the Main Street at O'Brien's Sandwich Bar. The 5 km event starts at Clane GAA. Parking is available at the GAA grounds.
Every participant receives a medal. The first 250 adult registrants will receive a T-shirt while stocks last. Cash prizes are awarded for the top three male and female finishers in both the 5 km and 10 km races, and there are age-group prizes for older competitors. Prize amounts listed by the organisers include first, second and third places for each race and first-place prizes for specified age groups.
