Volkswagen Financial Services Wicklow Half & 10K
The event takes place in Wicklow on 21/03/2027 and offers two distances. The course starts at South Quay by Wicklow Harbour and finishes inside Wicklow Gaol. The route moves along seaside roads before heading inland through the rolling countryside of the Garden County.

Entries run on a professionally measured and certified course with chip timing. All finishers receive a medal and finish-line refreshments and goodies. Water is provided in paper cups; stations are located at 6.5 km for the 10k, and at 6.5 km, 12 km, and 16 km for the half marathon. Toilets are available at the start and finish, and at 6.5 km, 12 km, and 16 km.
Practical arrangements include official event parking at Wicklow Council Offices and the train station car park; the train station is a 20-minute walk from the start. Bus Éireann Route 133 serves Wicklow. Bag drop is located at Blackcastle and opens at 9:00 am; participants should attach their baggage label and consider a waterproof bag if wet weather is expected.
There are no showers or changing facilities. The half marathon has a general cut-off time of 3 hours 30 minutes. The course is wheelchair accessible. Headphones are permitted but participants must remain aware of marshals, Gardaí, pedestrians, and other participants.
