July 2026
Walkers follow the 5 km course based at Summerhill Community Centre in Meath, using the same route alongside the running race. Refreshments are served at Summerhill Community Centre after the event.

Walkers can join a 5 mile walk in Ballyduff Lwr starting at Ballyduff NS, following roads through the village. Parking is available outside Ballyduff NS and St. Nicolas Church.
Walkers can tackle Full Marathon or Half Marathon distances across 1 to 4 days, covering 105 miles of scenic Inishowen on rugged, sometimes hilly coastal routes along the Wild Atlantic Way.

September 2026
Walkers can take the 5k route through Ballina and Killaloe, crossing the old and new bridges on roads. The walk starts at Ballina Primary School and is open to adults over 16 alongside the 10k race.

A non competitive 5 km run walk on Laois roads starts at Luggacurren Community Hall Eircode R32 DT18. It follows road routes and takes place alongside the competitive 10k road race.
Walking options are Half Marathon, 10K and 5K on the Wild Atlantic Way and Burren around Fanore, County Clare. Base is O'Donohue's Pub in Craggagh Fanore with race day registration and cash or cheque only.
Walkers cover a 10 mile point to point coastal course from the roundabout by Sligo Rugby Club in Strandhill to the Prom at Rosses Point. The mostly flat route has three water stations, a finish station and a bag drop at Sligo Rugby Club.
November 2026
Walkers can choose a non competitive 8.5km course in Glendalough, enjoying the scenery and company. This runs alongside a 15km running course and is held in aid of Fighting Blindness.
June 2027
Walkers follow the 10K route on Dublin streets alongside the running races, passing the event start line and finish with roadside support and planned road closures.
