Dublin Simon Community Home Run 5K 'Run & Family Day Out' 2026
The Dublin Simon Community Home Run 5K 'Run & Family Day Out' takes place on Saturday, 3 October 2026 in Phoenix Park, Dublin. The event is organised as a 5 km loop that is open to all ages and abilities.
Previous editions have included schools, walking groups, wheelchair users, families with buggies and elite runners. Family members and friends are encouraged to cheer on participants along the route. The event is presented as a community occasion that supports fundraising for homelessness services.

Participants who raise at least €50 receive a limited-edition Home Run T-shirt as a thank you, with a suggested fundraising goal of €100.
