Walkers can choose 10 km, 5 km or 2.5 km routes on the scenic Welland Canal Trail starting at Merritt Island Park, with flat, nature lined paths. The event features food vendors and family friendly areas alongside the running races.
Walkers can enjoy a 5 km obstacle course at Victoria Park Kitchener with optional foam, mud and inflatable obstacles, plus water stations and shower and change room access.
