Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women - Waterloo 2026

The Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women - Waterloo 2026 is a running event taking place on May 9, 2026. The event is held at Conestoga College - Doon Campus, on the back side of the college on Doon Valley Drive in Waterloo, Ontario. It is held in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington.

Multiple race distances are offered: a 1K Little Steps run, a 5K run, and a 10K run. A welcome and warm-up session is also scheduled.

Funds raised from the run enable the local CMHA branch to provide life-changing services quickly in three key areas: support for women in crisis, support for women with eating disorders, and early psychosis support for women. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
