'Goode Run 2027
The 'Goode Run takes place in Osgoode, Ontario, with start and finish at Stuart Holmes Arena on May 8, 2027. The event is organized as a fundraiser for the Osgoode Youth Association; it is volunteer run and the proceeds support O‑YA. The 2025 edition raised over CA$30,000.
Distances offered:
- 2K run or walk through Osgoode Village
- 5K multi-terrain course through Osgoode Village (timed)
The 5K is professionally timed by Sportstats and does not permit strollers or bicycles on course. The 2K welcomes participants of all ages, including baby joggers and strollers; dogs on leash that are well socialized and cleaned up after are permitted on the 2K. Participants can enter both distances as a Director's Challenge.
Costumes are encouraged but optional; there will be random prize draws for participants wearing costumes and a prize category for dogs. Registration includes a unique 'Goode Run race medal, a personalized race bib, free downloadable race photos, random prize draws, and post-race fruit and water. Professional timing applies to the 5K only. Race shirts are available as an optional add-on for purchase until April 16. Online registration closes April 30, 2027.
