Proceeds support My Sisters’ Place, a program of CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services. My Sisters’ Place provides a safe, welcoming and inclusive drop-in environment and wrap-around services for women experiencing vulnerabilities such as gender-based violence, trauma, chronic mental and physical health issues, homelessness or housing instability, substance use, and extreme poverty. Last year the facility saw its door open 28,406 times for women entering the program.
Funds raised for 2026 are intended for the highest priority needs at My Sisters’ Place. The event page lists CA$11,390.68 raised toward a CA$50,000 goal and shows 680 participants registered.
