July 2026
A 5 km walk around Southlands Tsawassen starting at The Red Barn at Southlands Tsawassen, with post race beer or non alcoholic options and bratwurst included.
Walkers can use the 5 km or 10 km courses starting adjacent to Ceperley Park near Second Beach in Stanley Park. Routes run along Coal Harbour, Lost Lagoon and the English Bay seawall on mostly flat scenic paths and are open to all ages.
August 2026
Walkers can choose the 5K walk on a course that starts at the ferry dock in Snug Cove, follows trails through Crippen Park and returns to the library lawn. Registration on site is accepted on the event day.
September 2026
Walker option 5K from Ceperley Park on Stanley Park Dr, includes event tee, finisher medal, headlight and reflective gear, held alongside the running races.
Walkers choose 8 km or 5 km from Richmond Olympic Oval on flat compact gravel along the North Dyke beside the Fraser River with water and first aid at McCallan Rd and Barnard Drive.

October 2026

Walkers follow the 5K route from Swangard Stadium in Burnaby over paved paths, grass and loose gravel with slight hills; the Mini Monster Dash is a 400m kids track event.
November 2026
Walkers can choose 5 km or 10 km out and back from 550 Boundary Bay Rd, Delta BC, on a flat gravel oceanside trail with ocean views, alongside the running races.
Trail walkers can join the Run/Walk 5 km on Sasamat Trail in Vancouver on trail terrain, with fully stocked aid stations and post race snacks.
Walkers can complete the inclusive 5K loop at Second Beach in Stanley Park, with race kit pickup on Robson Street before the event or on race day at Stanley Park, alongside the running races.
Walkers can choose 5K, 10K or Half Marathon routes on Stanley Park's fully paved Seawall starting at Lumberman's Arch Concession, with scenic views, hydration stations and a 3 hour course.
December 2026
Walks of 1 km, 5 km and 10 km start at Lumbermans Arch in Stanley Park on mainly paved paths and the seawall; route is measured, has a water station, leashed dogs and strollers welcome, complete in 2 hours.
February 2027
Walkers can choose 2KM, 5KM or 10KM scenic winter trail routes in Stanley Park from Brockton Pavilion. The courses are self timed and fully flagged, welcome well behaved leashed dogs, and offer early and race day packet pickup.
April 2027
Walkers can enter the 10K Walking Division that follows a course through the heart of Vancouver alongside the running races. Maps, an event guide, the expo and package pick up are available, and road closure and transit information is provided.
