Big Elf Run
The Big Elf Run is a holiday themed run in its 12th year, held in Stanley Park, Vancouver. The start and finish area is at Lumberman's Arch. The course follows park paths lined with old oak trees and continues onto the seawall with views of Coal Harbour and the Burrard Inlet. Paths are mainly paved with few inclines.

- 5 km (5 km loop)
- 10 km (two 5 km loops)
- 15 km
Early bird pricing starts at $23 for the 1 km, $40 for the 5 km, $42 for the 10 km and $45 for the 15 km. Group bundles of four or more receive a 15% discount per entry automatically. Participants under 18 receive a maximum entry fee of $29 for the 5 km and 10 km routes. A convenience fee may apply for run kit pickup on event day.
Registration includes a personalised running bib with custom "Elf Name", a wooden ornament medal from BC, an elf toque costume item, a measured route, a water station, entertainment, an "Elf‑ie" photo station and a chance to win door prizes. Participants must complete their route within two hours (1 km in 30 minutes). Leashed dogs and strollers are permitted and should start in the final wave.
Run Kits can be collected on December 9, 10 and 11 at Kintec locations in Burnaby, North Vancouver and Vancouver. The event partners with the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau and hosts a toy drive to support local families. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
