Event overview
The Big Elf Run is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Lumberman's Arch, Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC. The event offers multiple run and walk distances around Stanley Park, with a course that follows trails lined with old oak trees and sections of the seawall with views of Coal Harbour and the Burrard Inlet. The route is mainly paved with few inclines. The event includes a DJ, an "elfie station", prize giveaways and vendors. SEA2SKY Events is listed as the event organizer. Race format and logistics

- 1 km Wee Elf Run/Walk
- 5 km Big Elf Run
- 10 km Big Elf Run (two loops)
- 15 km Triple Loop Challenge
Chip timing is provided for the 5 km, 10 km and 15 km events. A finish clock is provided for kids' distances. Registration items include a customizable Elf Name Bib (customize by Nov 16), an Elf Toque and a wooden medal that doubles as a tree ornament, made in BC. Pets and strollers are permitted but must start in the last wave; dogs must be on leashes. There is a two-hour course cut-off. Packet pickup is available at Kintec locations in Burnaby, North Vancouver and Vancouver on the days before the event and onsite at Lumberman's Arch on event day for a convenience fee.
