Kicking PancreAS 5K - Vancouver
The Kicking PancreAS 5K is a fundraising run and walk event held at Stanley Park in Vancouver. The event is centered at the Second Beach Swimming Pool and serves to support the Craigs Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society. Funds raised through the event contribute to pancreatic cancer awareness, patient support, healthcare education, and Canadian research.

Participants are encouraged to wear purple clothing and glow-in-the-dark gear, as the event takes place in the evening. Costumes are also welcome on the course. Registration includes a finisher medal, a running bib, and event swag. Race kit pickup is available on the Friday prior to the event at the Robson Street Running Room, or at the park on the day of the race during the check-in period.
There are several registration categories, including individual rates, youth rates for those 18 and under, and special rates for families and teams. There is no onsite registration available on the day of the event. The initiative focuses on community involvement to help change outcomes for those impacted by pancreatic cancer across Canada.
