General Information

The RunGo Dash for Dogs 2026 is the 12th edition of this annual event. It is a fundraiser for BC & Alberta Guide Dogs. Over the years, the event has raised more than $190,000.

The event takes place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Vancouver at the Brockton Pavilion (1151 Stanley Park Drive) within Stanley Park.

Available Distances

The event offers several distances:

2 km: Walk or kids run.
5 km: Run or walk.
10 km: Run.

It is noted that you do not need a dog to participate. Guide dogs and pet dogs are welcome, but they must be on a leash and under control at all times.

Other Activities

On-site, participants can enjoy pancakes, prizes, puppies, and music. Blindfolded walks with guide dogs are also mentioned.

Registration and Fundraising

Online registration closes on Friday, February 20, 2026. There is no race-day registration. A virtual run option is also available for those who cannot attend in person.
