RunGo Dash for Dogs 2027
RunGo Dash for Dogs 2027 is a community winter trail event held in Stanley Park at Brockton Pavilion, 1151 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver, BC, Canada on February 21, 2027. The event offers timed and self-timed options on fully flagged routes with course marshals and an optional RunGo audio guide.
Distances offered include:
- 2 KM Walk or Kids Run
- 5 KM Run or Walk
- 10 KM Run
Dogs that are well behaved and leashed are permitted on course. The event includes post-run pancakes and a schedule of festivities such as prizes, giveaways, community partners, blindfolded walks with guide dogs, and appearances by guide dog puppies. A virtual run option is available for participants who cannot attend in person; virtual entries do not grant access to the Vancouver on-site event.
Dash for Dogs supports BC & Alberta Guide Dogs. The event page notes that Dash for Dogs has raised over CA$220,000 in the past 13 years and that the 2026 event raised over CA$30,000. A Puppy Pal Sponsorship option is offered for donations over CA$200 and includes a welcome letter, a framed photo, and five note cards featuring puppy pictures.
Packet pickup is available before the event at the Running Room on Robson Street and on race day at Brockton Pavilion. Registration rules include non-refundable entries and a transfer policy to other distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
