RunGo Dash for Dogs 2026 takes place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Stanley Park, Vancouver. The event is the 12th annual fundraiser for BC & Alberta Guide Dogs and has raised over $190,000 through past editions. The start location is Brockton Pavilion at 1151 Stanley Park Drive. The event offers in-person distances and a virtual option.
Distances
- 2 km walk or kids run (free for children under 5)

- 10 km run
Dogs are welcome but must be on leash and under control at all times for the safety of working guide dogs. The course follows trails and paths in Stanley Park. Organizers note that small changes to the courses may occur due to location or environmental factors.
Logistics and fundraising
Online registration closes Friday, February 20, 2026. Early packet pickup is available at the Running Room on Robson Street; race-day packet pickup is at Brockton Pavilion. There is a virtual run option that does not grant access to the Vancouver event; virtual participants may submit photos and route overlays for recognition.
Current event fundraising shows $2,604.98 raised toward a $24,000 goal. Proceeds, less fees, go to BC Guide Dogs. Transfers between distance events are allowed. No refunds are accepted; if the live event is canceled, registrations will be transferred to the virtual event. Course maps are provided by the organizers.
