Monster Dash 5K - Metrotown

Monster Dash 5K is Burnaby, BC’s Halloween-themed race featuring a 5K Fun Run and a Mini Monster Dash 400m for kids. Hosted at Swangard Stadium on Boundary Road, the event invites costumes for a festive, family-friendly atmosphere with vendors, a kids’ fun zone, and post-race refreshments, plus souvenirs for registered participants. The Mini Monster Dash runs around the Swangard Stadium track, while the 5K offers chip-timed bibs.
