Monster Dash 5K : Swangard Stadium, Burnaby

The Mini Monster Dash is held on the stadium track and is for children aged 10 and under. The 5K minimum age is 11; participants aged 11 to 13 must be accompanied on course by a registered adult. Participants aged 14 to 17 may run without an accompanying adult, and a parent or guardian must sign the waiver for anyone under 18.
The registration package includes a custom swag bag for all registered participants, a goodie bag and finisher medal for Mini Monster Dash participants, a chip-timed race bib for 5K participants, and post-race refreshments. There is no race day registration and entry fees are non-refundable.
Terrain includes paved pathways, grass, and loose gravel with slight inclines, declines, and potentially uneven surfaces. Pets are not permitted inside the stadium where start, finish, and post-race activities take place; pets may accompany the Central Park route on leash.
