The Mini Monster Dash is held on the Swangard Stadium track. The 5K uses chip timing and all registered participants receive custom souvenirs. Mini Monster Dash participants receive goodie bags. Post-event refreshments are provided.
Participant information and logistics
The course terrain includes paved pathways, grass, and loose gravel, with slight inclines and declines and some uneven surfaces. Pets are not permitted inside the stadium; pets may accompany owners on the Central Park route on a leash. Children under 9 are encouraged to use the Mini Monster Dash. Participants aged 10 to 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult on the 5K course; those aged 13 to 17 may participate without an adult chaperone. A legal guardian must sign waivers for participants under 18. There are no refunds or transfers for entries. Media release and consent apply to attendees; photos and videos may be used by the organizers.
Package pickup is at Fit First Foot Wear, Christine Sinclair Community Centre, 3713 Kensington Ave, Burnaby, BC. Pickup requires confirmation number and valid photo ID; proxy pickup requires the registered runner’s name, confirmation number, and a copy of their ID.
