Boundary Bay Race : Event information
The RMH BC and Yukon Boundary Bay event takes place on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Distances offered include a full marathon, a 4-person marathon relay, a half marathon, a 10K and a 5K. Participant packages include a finisher’s medal and a swag item.
The route runs on a gravel oceanside trail at Boundary Bay Park, Centennial Beach, 550 Boundary Road, Delta BC. All distances use an out-and-back design and the course is completely flat. The marathon course is certified (BC-2024-030-BDC) and may be subject to change due to the Mud Bay foreshore enhancements project. Staggered starts are used to spread runners on the course and the course closes after five hours. Shuttle bus service is provided; late registrants and those not carpooling are required to register for the shuttle. Runners must attach the timing tag to their shoe laces and return the tag after the race to avoid a replacement charge.
