August 2026
Walkers can use the 5 km course in North Glenmore Park, starting on the field across from the Calgary Canoe & Rowing Clubs. The women and girls only event is volunteer led, capped at 300 participants, and includes post race treats and a swag bag.
Trail walks of 34 km, 17 km, 6.8 km and a 2 km kids route at Nose Hill Park Edgemont parking lot on marked trails with aid stations, water and medical support.
Walkers follow a well marked 1 lap trail of 17km at Nose Hill Park, a 497 m elevation gain route through park trails. An aid station and porto potty sit near 8.5km with water and snacks and there is on course medical support.
September 2026
Walkers can join a 1K Memorial Walk or a casual 5K at North Glenmore Park from the Weaselhead parking lot on ridge paths with water and snacks.
The family fun walk is 2 km at Peace Park in Calgary, held alongside the 10 km and 5 km races. The park route passes family friendly entertainment and a kids zone suitable for walkers and families.
Walkers can choose a scenic 6 km route along pathways overlooking the Glenmore Reservoir or a family friendly 1.7 km circuit inside Heritage Park.
Participants walk the 5k at North Glenmore Park, start and finish by parking lot A, on varied terrain with monsters and colour stations; strollers and wheelchairs allowed.
Walkers can choose 10km, 5km, 3km or 1km from Baker Park on the Rotary Mattamy Greenway path, with water stations, ample parking and finish line snacks and medical support.
Walk options of 10km, 5km, and 1km at Central Commons Park in Calgary University District, with bib pickup at 4410 University Ave NW and free parking nearby.
Walkers gather at South Glenmore Park for a family friendly 5 km walk or a 1 km kids walk, with a kids activity area in the event village.
October 2026
Features walk routes of 1 km and 5 km around Prince's Island Park, with in person registration and participant pick up at the registration tent alongside the fun run.
Walkers follow Calgary's Bow River pathway from St Patricks Island Park, with a 5 km walk and a 1 km fun course, aid stations and riverside scenery alongside the races.
November 2026
Participants may walk the 1 km or 5 km routes from RiverWalk Plaza in East Village along wide riverside paths through Inglewood with views of the Bow River, fur friends welcome and asked to leash responsibly.
