Run for Life 2026 - Calgary, AB
Run for Life 2026 is organized by CMHA Alberta and Centre for Suicide Prevention. The event runs from September 6 to 13, 2026, and focuses on remembering people lost to suicide and raising awareness for prevention. This is the 9th annual edition.
The event is hybrid: a Calgary signature gathering is scheduled at North Glenmore Park, Weaselhead parking area, and pop-up events are held in other communities. On-site activities include walking, running and commemoration; dogs are welcome.

Participation is also possible virtually, by running, walking, biking or any physical activity during the event week. Registration options include individual or team entries; registrations of four or more participants signed together receive a 25% discount. A registration fee of CA$23.56 is shown on the event page.
An optional race kit is available for CA$10 and may include snacks, a race bib, a suicide awareness ribbon, socks, a resource toolkit and a help card.
