Calgary Women’s Run 2026
The Calgary Women’s Run takes place on August 23, 2026 at North Glenmore Park, on the field opposite the Calgary Canoe & Rowing Clubs. This is the 48th edition of a women-only event, volunteer-led and capped at 300 participants. Eligibility is limited to women and girls, including those who identify as such.
Offered categories include individual entries, mother-daughter teams, and Sisterhood teams across the listed distances. Race package pickup is scheduled for Saturday, August 22 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with race-day pickup available by request for out-of-town participants.
On-site awards recognize the top three overall finishers for both the 5 km and 10 km distances, mother-daughter winners, Sisterhood winners, and the youngest and oldest participants. Age-group winners are posted after the event. All participants receive post-race treats and a curated swag bag.
Course maps exist for the 5 km and 10 km routes. The event’s 2026 charity partner is Made by Momma, a Calgary grassroots charity that supports families facing adversity with meals, essentials, and volunteer-driven care. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
