July 2026
The event includes a 1 Miles fun run/walk that starts in front of the Cordova Community Medical Center on Chase Ave. The mostly flat, sea level course follows Copper River delta scenery, and shuttle buses serve the other distance starts.
August 2026
Walk an unpaved mowed course around 75 acre farm at 12850 E. Archie Rd, Palmer, Alaska with uneven footing, hills and limited shade. Choices include 5K and 1K kids fun walks with runners; no water on course, strollers welcome.
A point to point 5 km fun walk from McNeil Canyon Elementary School to Eveline State Park along scenic Old East End Road. Free shuttle returns participants from Eveline to McNeil Canyon and children 10 or younger are free.
Walkers follow the 5K from Discovery Peak Charter School through Morning Star Park along the Badger Road pedestrian path to a turnaround and back. The event is a run or walk and optional t shirts are available with early registration.
September 2026
The event includes a 26.2 Miles Marathon Hike starting and finishing at University of Alaska Fairbanks, on mostly trails with some paved roads and a climb up Ester Dome. The hike is planned for 7 to 10 hours, has nine aid stations and variable weat..
December 2026
Walkers can take the 4K out and back on Campbell Creek Trail behind the Peanut Farm, a flat 2K each way with start and finish accessible via the Peanut Farm overflow parking. Strollers are discouraged and dogs are not allowed.
