Skinny Raven Turkey Trot : Overview
The Skinny Raven Turkey Trot takes place in Anchorage, Alaska on November 26, 2026. The in-person event is staged from the Dena'ina Civic & Convention Center in downtown Anchorage, with the start area on 8th Avenue and G Street and a finish inside the Dena'ina Center. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation and is limited to 2,000 in-person registrants. The event partners include Icebug as a winter shoe partner. The event supports the Food Bank of Alaska through registration donations and related fund-raising activities.

Registration on the event page lists a base price of $32 ($20 for ages 0-15). There is no race day registration for the in-person races. A long-sleeve tech shirt is included with registration; participants may opt out and have the shirt value donated to the Food Bank of Alaska. Packets can be picked up at pre-event locations or mailed; shipping within Alaska is free, shipping outside Alaska to the lower 48 or Hawaii is $5.
Race policies prohibit pets, bicycles, and rollerblades on the course; participants with baby joggers or strollers are asked to start at the back of the field.
