July 2026
Walkers can choose a 5K walk or a 1 Mile walk at Fairbanks Park in Terre Haute. Packet pickup is at the YMCA the evening of the event, race day registration is available, registration by July 18 guarantees a shirt and the walk fee is $25.
August 2026
Walkers choose 1K or 5K routes around Maple Avenue Lake at Maple Avenue Nature Park, with water provided and dinosaur themed sidelines. At Maple Avenue Nature Park, 500 Maple Ave, with parking across the street and free entry.
September 2026
Walkers take part in a 5K route that starts at Putnam County Regional Airport, follows the People Pathways to Big Walnut Sports Park and returns to the finish line. Early Bird Registration runs June 15 to August 1 with special rates for non compe..
The 5K is a flat out and back on Karst Park Greenway Trail at Karst Trail Head on Route 46 and Hartstrait Roads. Features chip timing, awards for walkers, t shirts for entrants registered by Sept 9 and packet pickup at the race site.
October 2026
Walkers follow a chip timed 5k two lap cross country course at Owen Valley Winery through vineyard terrain with uneven ground. They may stop after one lap and be switched to a 1.5k. Packet pickup is race morning 1 hour before start.
Walkers do a 5K starting and ending at Seven Oaks Classical School (200 E Association St, Ellettsville) through the neighborhood. Family friendly, strollers, children welcome; finish has a chili bake sale, warm drinks and a playground.

Walkers can choose the 5K adult and youth run/walk or a youth 1-mile Reindeer Romp, both at Deming Park. Packet pickup is at the Torner Center the morning of the race and walker awards are given for the 5K; walkers should not run.
