Logistics and services
Packet pickup is scheduled for the evening before and the morning of the event at Nappanee Missionary Church; shirts and bibs will be distributed then. Shirts after August 31 are first-come, first-served and unclaimed shirts will not be mailed. All participants receive apple, donut, and apple cider at the finish area. Chip timing is provided by Watt’s My Time.
Awards are given for top overall finishers in the 5K and for age-group places; the 5K age-group awards are custom apple awards across multiple male and female age brackets. Parking and restrooms are available at the church. Dogs are allowed only on non-retractable leashes, must be supervised, and owners must clean up after them. Race day registration is online only and the event has a no-refund policy. Multi-person pricing and a referral credit option are offered.
