Titan Takeoff 5K & 1 Mile

The Titan Takeoff takes place on the campus of Indiana University South Bend and is hosted in partnership with Fleet Feet Mishawaka and the IU South Bend Titans women's soccer program. The course is fully paved and uses a loop that starts and finishes at the Student Activity Center (SAC).

Distances:

5K - untimed, open to runners and walkers
1 Mile (Competitive) - bibs provided; photos used to determine the overall winner

Registration is a $5 fee and is non-refundable; additional donations are appreciated. Check-in and same-day registration are available, and cash payments are accepted during the check-in window. Participants may enter one race or both.

All proceeds and donations support the IU South Bend Women’s Soccer team in purchasing properly fitted running shoes for preseason training, with the aim of promoting injury prevention, athlete health, and performance. The event proceeds include participant activities such as games and raffles. Packet pickup includes one raffle ticket and two carnival tickets; additional tickets are available for purchase. Parking is available in the large lot directly in front of the SAC. The event will take place rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
