Faith Mission Turkey Stampede
The Faith Mission Turkey Stampede is a Thanksgiving day running event held in 2025 at Beacon Elkhart Health & Aquatics, 200 East Jackson, Elkhart, IN. The event offers several distances and walking options and uses chip timing for the 10K and 5K races.

- 5K Walk not timed
- One Mile Walk recreational
Packet pickup is available on the days before the event at multiple local locations, including Fleet Feet Mishawaka, and at the Elkhart Health & Aquatics community entrance. Long sleeve shirts are optional for an additional fee, with a choice of performance fabric or a cotton blend.
All finishers receive a medal. There is no formal awards ceremony and no age group awards; however, the top three male and female finishers in the 10K and 5K receive gravy boat awards. The 5K includes a costumed turkey participant who gets a head start; a small cash prize is offered to the first male and female who catch the turkey, and participants are asked not to touch the costumed runner.
Results are displayed on the event jumbotron and posted online, with finish videos available for participants. Volunteers are requested for packet preparation and race morning tasks on specified days before and on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
