November 2026
Walkers can choose 2 Miles or 5 Miles routes starting at Harper College Health and Recreation Center, 1200 W. Algonquin Rd., Palatine, IL. The walks run alongside the running races as part of this family Thanksgiving Day event.

Walkers follow a 5K course at South Middle School in Arlington Heights near 400 S HIGHLAND AVE, alongside the running races and a 5K wheelchair division. Entry is a $20 donation and proceeds benefit the Wheeling Township Food Pantry.

Routes of 10 Mile and 5K start at Montrose Beach on the Chicago lakefront, featuring a climb over Cricket Hill and a Wilson track finish. Walkers are encouraged to register for the 5K.
May 2027
Walkers can use the half marathon or 10 km routes on a flat, out and back limestone surface along the western portion of the Great Western Trail, alongside running races.
Walkers can take part in a 5K walk in downtown St. Charles at Mount Saint Mary Park Route 31 at Prairie Street, with a virtual option available.
