Race and logistics
Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for March 26, 2026 at Dick Pond Athletics, 303 N. Second Street, St. Charles, IL, with specified pickup hours. Race day packet pickup and on-site registration take place at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. All 5K participants receive a custom finisher's medal. Age-group awards are given for overall top male and female and for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in age brackets from 24 & under up to 70 & over. Dogs are not allowed; jogging strollers are permitted but requested to remain at the back of the field. Virtual participants may run or walk their distance between March 1 and March 31, 2026; event swag for virtual entries is shipped the week of March 27, 2026.
