Kick'n The Kilt 5K & 8K
Kick'n The Kilt 5K & 8K is a community run and walk event taking place on March 20, 2027 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, North 5th Avenue, St. Charles, Illinois. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation options.

In-person registration includes multiple package types. A Complete Package includes registration, a finisher's medal, and a race shirt. Budget packages provide registration and a finisher's medal without a race shirt. Virtual participants may run or walk on their chosen course between March 1 and March 31, 2027; race swag for virtual entries is scheduled to be shipped the week of March 27, 2027. Results from virtual efforts can be submitted for posting.
Packet pickup is available on a pre-race date at Dick Pond St. Charles and on race day. The event lists medals and awards, a route map, parking information, and race day packet pickup details. After party tickets are offered in an adult version that includes one beer and food tent access and a no alcohol version that includes one soft drink and food tent access.
Fundraising is part of the event; a Rising Lights Project is shown with funds raised. Volunteers receive a shirt plus a beer and food ticket. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
