Fox Trot 5K Walk/Run and 10K Run
The Fox Trot is a community road race organized by the Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation in downtown Batavia. The event is scheduled for April 24, 2027, with start and finish near the Peg Bond Center at 151 N Island Ave, Batavia, IL 60510.

- 5K Walk/Run
- 10K Run
- Kids' Fun Run
Registration includes several categories and optional items. The cut-off date to receive a 2027 Fox Trot shirt is April 1. Published entry fees include a standard 5K fee of $50 plus processing fees and a late 5K fee of $60 plus fees; a standard 10K fee of $60 plus fees and a late 10K fee of $70 plus fees; a Kids' Fun Run option with a $20 shirt or a lower fee without a shirt. A shirt-only option and a Family Sponsorship are available. Family Sponsorship is listed at $100 and includes printing a family name up to 22 characters on the back of the official event t-shirts.
Packet pickup is offered the day before at a location to be determined and on race day at the Peg Bond Center. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in the men's and women's 5K and 10K categories.
The Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation directs funds from the event to local charities and schools. The deadline for philanthropic grant applications is March 15. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
