Insane Candy Cane 5K Run/Walk
The Insane Candy Cane 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Sunday, December 6, 2026, at the Peg Bond Center in Batavia, Illinois. The event program includes in-person races and a virtual participation option, plus a separate Kids Dash.

Registration offers multiple packages. The Complete Package includes a race shirt, finisher medal, and access to the food tent. The Budget Package includes a finisher medal and food tent access but does not include a race shirt. A Virtual 5K option is available; virtual participants complete their distance within a specified window in December and receive race SWAG shipped the week of December 6, 2026.
Packet pickup is available before race weekend at Dick Pond Athletics in St. Charles and on event day at the Peg Bond Center in Batavia. Awards include top overall male and female and 1st through 3rd place in multiple age groups, ranging from 10 & Under up to 80 & over.
Prizes listed for recent editions include electronics, apparel, accessories, socks, and gift cards. Prize policies note that electronic prizes are not returnable, gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and event tickets sent electronically are non-transferable.
