Walkers cover 20 mile from Fairholmes to Robin Hood Inn via rough moorland and gritstone edges; navigation is required. Refreshments en route, finish drink and buses return walkers to Fairholmes; map and compass must be carried.

Off road 10 miles walk through the Charnwood countryside from Nanpantan Scout Group HQ in Loughborough. Adult and junior walking categories are offered and juniors aged 10 to 15 may enter when accompanied by an adult.
