FOTO Thornbridge Outdoors 20 is a 20.3 miles walk and run around the Peak District starting and finishing at Thornbridge Outdoors. The route gains approximately 850 m of elevation and visits Little Longstone, Longstone Edge, Eyam, Froggatt Edge, Curbar Edge, Baslow Edge, Baslow and Chatsworth before returning to Thornbridge Outdoors. Much of the route will be signposted and organisers will publish route details nearer the event.

The event is open to runners and walkers. Minimum age for runners is 18 years. Minimum age for walkers is 18 years; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Entry information available for the scheduled date includes an entry fee of £29.00 and defined entry opening and closing dates.

Checkpoints provide support along the route; some checkpoints will offer water and selected checkpoints will provide food and water. Parking will be available in a field at Thornbridge Outdoors except in exceptionally wet conditions. Camping and accommodation options on site will be bookable prior to the event. T shirts will be available to pre-order and a curry meal will be offered at the finish area for a fee.

Prizes are allocated by age category including Under 23, Senior/Open 24 to 39, V40, V50, V60 and Over 70. Prizes are awarded only to participants who follow the route and finish with the required equipment as detailed in pre-race communications.
