July 2026
Triathlon and AquaBike races take place at Delta Lake State Park in Rome, NY on July 18, 2026. Sprint, Olympic and a combined Delta Double are offered, with paratriathlete entries and relay team options.

City Summer Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned event at Rockaway Beach with ocean swims and boardwalk bike and run legs. Multiple formats include triathlon and duathlon plus a free junior duathlon entry for ages 14 to 18.
Experience a USAT sanctioned sprint triathlon featuring a 500 meter swim in Narrow Bay and a scenic 5K run ending at the Atlantic Ocean. This multisport event offers individual, relay, and AquaBike categories at Smith Point County Park.
