Mini MightyMan Sprint Triathlon
Mini MightyMan Sprint Triathlon takes place April 19, 2026 at the Nassau County Aquatic Center in East Meadow, NY. The event is a pool-based sprint triathlon with adult and youth race options.

- Bike: 6 miles
- Run: 2 miles
The adult swim is held in 50-meter lanes with one-direction traffic; the facility is heated and described as widely recognized among U.S. swimming venues. The youth division (ages 7–13) offers two course options: a 100-meter swim with a 2-mile bike and 1/4-mile run, or a 200-meter swim with a 2-mile bike and 1/2-mile run. Youth swimmers start individually at 5-second intervals and "snake" through two lanes.
The bike course is a single 2-mile loop per youth lap and a 6-mile course for adults on park roads that are closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event. The run is one loop within Eisenhower Park.
The race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon; all participants must hold a valid USAT license or purchase a one-day membership. ChampionChip electronic timing is used and timing chips must be worn on the ankle. Wetsuits are not permitted for the pool triathlon. Packet pickup requires photo ID and must be done by the athlete; a race morning pickup option carries an additional fee.
