Mini MightyMan Triathlon - East Meadow, NY (April 19, 2026)
The Mini MightyMan Triathlon takes place at the Nassau Aquatic Center in East Meadow. Organizers describe the event as suitable for beginners and as an early-season race for more experienced athletes. The adult course uses the Freedom Pool for a pool swim, a closed-road bike section, and a park run loop.
Pool and course details for the main event are provided by the organizers: the pool swim is 400 meters in 50 meter lanes, the bike segment is 6 miles on closed roads, and the run is 2 miles on a park path.
Youth races and format details are specified separately. Youth swimmers start individually, five seconds apart, swimming lengths of 50 meters and “snaking” through two lanes with one-directional lane flow. The youth bike uses a 2 mile park-road loop closed to vehicle traffic; allowed bicycles include road, time trial, mountain, or hybrid bikes. Tandem and recumbent bikes are not permitted. The run courses for youth are park loops.
