Event overview
The Finger Lakes Triathlon Silver is scheduled for Saturday May 30 and Sunday May 31, 2026 in Silver Lake, New York. It is the seventh annual running of this event and is part of the Finger Lakes Race Series, sponsored by Truepath Racing. The course starts at Silver Lake and continues through parts of Wyoming and Livingston Counties.

The 5K and 10K take place on Saturday; Sunday offers Intermediate and Sprint distances for triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike. The intermediate bike course includes notable elevation changes with several significant climbs. Relay team members must register individually, with the team captain creating the team and paying the full entry fee.
Registration fees include a technical t-shirt, swim cap, chip timing, lunch, and a finisher medal. All athletes must hold an annual USA Triathlon membership or purchase a one-day USAT membership.
