Event

The Mighty Mother's Day Duathlon is scheduled for Sunday, May 10, 2026, in East Islip, New York (1 Heckscher State Pkwy, 11730). The event has been held for over 20 years and includes multiple race formats: Individual Time Trial, Individual Duathlon, Duathlon Relay, High School Relay, High School Individual, and Youth Duathlon. The time trial is the bike portion only.

The bike course is described as a very flat 3-lap loop. The run course includes sections of grass and dirt. Age eligibility listed in the event information includes Individual Duathlon open to ages 14 and up, Duathlon Relay open to ages 7 and up, and High School Relay open to ages 11 to 18.
