Mighty North Fork Triathlon
The event takes place at Cedar Beach on Main Bayview Road in Southold, NY, located in the Long Island wine region. The course uses Peconic Bay for the swim and follows mostly flat, scenic roads and paths for the bike and run segments.
The course distances are:
- Swim: 500 meters
- Bike: 7 miles
- Run: 3.5 miles
