July 2026
Walkers can choose 5K, 10K or 13.1 Miles routes from 1 Festival Dr, Montgomery, AL. Course is clear; water is only at lap ends and the finish and EMS is not on site, so walkers should plan for weather and supplies.
Walkers can choose 5K, 10K, or 13.1 Miles courses at James Martin Trail Park in Gadsden. The small local race has a clear course and water limited to each lap end and the finish; walkers are advised to plan for weather and bring supplies.
Walk 5.5K on a glow themed evening course starting at Moe's BBQ in Foley alongside the running races. Registration is free and there are pre run activities for participants.

The untimed 1 Mile Warrior Walk uses the same course as the 5K and starts from the Dogwood Pavilion at Oak Mountain State Park. Park admission is included with registration and the route runs on paved roads through the park's natural surroundings.
A 5k Run/Walk of 3.11 Miles follows the triathlon run route, an out and back through the campground returning to the transition area at Goose Pond Colony Resort in Scottsboro, AL. USAT membership is not required for the 5k.
