Lion Trot 5K and 8K

The 5K and 8K courses are described as fairly flat with some gentle inclines. Water is provided along the course. Race shirts are included with race entries completed by November 14; shirts can also be purchased separately with pricing by size tiers. To guarantee a shirt on race day, orders should be placed by November 14.
Registration options include mail-in entries postmarked by November 14, in-person preregistration at McCoy Outdoor, Run-N-Tri, or Fleet Feet in Mobile by 12 PM on November 14, online registration available until 8 AM on November 28, and day-of registration at the pavilion in Amelia Park. Race day registration fees are increased by $5. Listed entry fees vary by division and option.
Awards are given to the top male and female finishers overall and top male and female walkers overall, with top three awards in age groups from 9 and under through 80 and over.
