Gobbler 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Montgomery, AL
The event takes place on November 28, 2026 at Blount Cultural Park, 1 Festival Drive, Montgomery, AL 36117. It includes three distance events: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon (13.1 miles). All participants must register online on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
Course layout is described as repeated out-and-back segments. For the 5K and 10K the base segment measures 0.78 miles and the out-and-back segment measures 1.56 miles. The 5K runs the out-and-back twice and the 10K runs it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different base segment of 1.09 miles and an out-and-back of 2.18 miles, completed six times for the half marathon distance.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. Parking is available in the large parking lot at the center of the park or the Scenic Open Space.
