5th Annual Holiday Event in Huntsville

The Theatre Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving morning at Ditto Landing. This holiday-themed event offers a flat course along the river for participants who wish to run or walk. Participants are encouraged to wear Thanksgiving-themed costumes throughout the event.

The event features two distinct distance options:

1 mile

Prizes are awarded for the top finishing times in three specific categories: men's, women's, and youth. The 1 mile Fun Run is designed as a short-distance alternative for children or adults who are beginning to participate in running events.

Packet pickup is organized for the day before the race at Running Lane on Memorial Parkway. Registration proceeds are donated to Around the Curtain Community Children's Theatre, a local non-profit organization located in Huntsville, Alabama.
