July 2026
Walkers follow a mostly flat out and back route along shore roads, starting and finishing at the Totem Poles of the Haida Heritage Centre with views of the ocean, eagles and ravens. Distances include 10 km, half marathon, marathon.
Walkers can use the 5 km or 10 km courses starting adjacent to Ceperley Park near Second Beach in Stanley Park. Routes run along Coal Harbour, Lost Lagoon and the English Bay seawall on mostly flat scenic paths and are open to all ages.
Walkers can choose 1 mile or 3K heats on the Peninsula Co-op Track at PISE in Victoria, with multiple heats across the evening. The event welcomes walkers alongside runners in a community track setting.
August 2026
Walkers can choose the 5K walk on a course that starts at the ferry dock in Snug Cove, follows trails through Crippen Park and returns to the library lawn. Registration on site is accepted on the event day.

Walk options at Riverside Park on the Rivers Trail include 2.5 km (run or walk) and longer 5 km and 10 km routes. All distances start together and include a Donut Station every 1.25 km where participants stop to eat donuts.
