First Responders Half Marathon Vancouver
The event takes place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, in Pacific Spirit Regional Park, with the start and finish on Sasamat Trail adjacent to Sasamat Reservoir. Routes run mainly on forest trails and follow sections of Top Trail, Huckleberry Trail, Sherry Sakamoto Trail, Sword Fern Trail, SW Marine Trail, Clinton Trail, Salish Trail, Imperial Trail and Hemlock Trail. The half marathon is run as two laps of 21.1 km; the 10 km and 5 km routes use similar trail sections and include a steady climb on Sasamat Trail.

Published entry fees are 85 USD for 21 km, 55 USD for 10 km and 45 USD for 5 km, with fee increases on January 1, May 1 and October 2. Team entries are available for four runners in the 21 km or 10 km categories; teams register a name, run together (this is not a relay), and the team time is the average of the four individual times. A charity entry option is available for a reduced fee of 40 USD with a fundraising minimum of 400 USD for the designated charity; participants who do not meet the minimum 24 hours before race day will be charged the difference.
Entry packages include a short sleeve cotton event shirt while supplies last, a finisher medal, chip timing subject to minimum attendance, aid stations with fluids, post race snacks and eligibility for draw prizes. Race packages may be picked up at The Right Shoe the day before the event and on race day by request. Ample parking is available adjacent to the park along W 16th Avenue.
