Race Information
The Vancouver First Responders Half Marathon is a trail running event held on November 1, 2026, at Pacific Spirit Regional Park. The event features three race distances: a 21.1 km half marathon, a 10 km, and a 5 km. There is also a team registration option for groups of four runners in the 21 km and 10 km events.
The races start and finish on Sasamat Trail, adjacent to Sasamat Reservoir, with parking available adjacent to the park along W16th. The half marathon course consists of two laps on trails such as Huckleberry Trail, Sherry Sakamoto Trail, and Sasamat Trail, featuring a steady climb on the latter. The 10 km and 5 km courses follow similar but shorter routes through the park.
