About the race
The Santa Shuffle Langley is a community fundraising event held in support of The Salvation Army at Noel Booth Elementary School in Langley Township, British Columbia. The event combines a recreational run and a shorter walk and directs funds toward local Salvation Army programs that provide food, shelter, and practical support to individuals and families facing hardship.
Registration for 2026 is simplified to a single option: an individual registration that covers both the 5K Fun Run and the 1K Elf Walk. Each registered participant receives a personalized race bib and a one-of-a-kind finisher medal that doubles as a Christmas tree ornament. The listed registration fee is CA$61.12, inclusive of mandatory charges and processing fees. Discounts are applied automatically for youth (18 and under), seniors (65+), and for group registrations.
Participants can also fundraise to support The Salvation Army. Fundraising rewards for 2026 include a limited-edition buff for those who raise CA$50, a toque for those who raise CA$150 (youth threshold CA$100), and a limited-edition hoodie for the first 500 participants across Canada who raise CA$500 or more. Donors receive an online donation confirmation, and official tax receipts are issued for donations over CA$20. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
