Granville Island Turkey Trot 2026
The annual Granville Island Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving Monday, October 12, 2026, at Granville Island in Vancouver, BC, Canada, at 1218 Cartwright Street. The race features a unique start and finish on Granville Island, and capacity is limited as a result.
A 10 km race entry includes a race bib with timing chip, a race medal with event icons, the choice of an exclusive RUNVAN shirt or a green bib, a CA$25 discount at Rackets & Runners with a minimum purchase, free parking on Granville Island until 1pm race day, gear check, pacers provided by RUNVAN, race results and leaderboards, and refreshments.
Package pickup is available only during race week, Friday October 9 through Sunday October 11, at Rackets & Runners. Package pickup is not available on race day.
The event supports local food banks through the Run & Give program, including the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, SHARE Family and Community Services, and the Surrey Food Bank. Fundraising associated with the event has raised CA$4,777.46 to date.
